ARMORFLEX-HD™ LIFELine® Kit features a unique polyurethane covered Armor Coated tubing that is rugged, abrasion and cut resistant. Made of premium virgin nylon constructed tubing. Unique manufacturing process ensures outer jacket maintains permanent bond with inner tubing. Factory assembly and premium components eliminate the guesswork and reduce installation labor to an absolute minimum, which drives value to the absolute maximum.
All LIFELine® Kits use “matched” lines and are pre-clamped to ensure a uniform working length -TEC-360™ Clamp - The Tec-360° swivel top allows for the AirPower Line to rotate freely which prevents binding, interlocked springs, and stress on connection points. Easy to use aluminum locking clasp - No tools needed! -LIFESwivel® - A live swivel design featuring all brass construction to eliminate corrosion (Patent Pending) -FLEXGrip-HD™ - A thermo-elastomeric gladhand grip located on the trailer leads (Patent Pending) -Bend Restrictors – A thermo-elastomeric reinforcement guard located on the tractor leads (Patent Pending) -Top-of-the-line corrosion resistant anodized gladhands -All powercoils features plugs using TECTRAN's unique WeatherSeal™ sleeve - A weatherproof barrier, protecting critical wire connections from corrosion.
