WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?

Yes , you will receive an e-mail confirming your order including a confirmation number.

 

HOW CAN I FIND MY PART NUMBERS ON THE SITE?

Go to the search box and enter either: 

  • the OEM number (You can call your Dealer for the OEM number)
  • a cross reference number

 

HOW CAN I GET ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT A PRODUCT?

The best method to locate the proper part number for your vehicle is to read the part number off of the original item you are replacing and enter it into our Search Bar . If you do not have a part number, you can use the search criteria options (located at the top of each category section) to narrow your search. It is important that you verify the dimensions and detailed description of the product you are replacing with the product you have selected. Verify that the part number you need is listed in the cross references for the product you have selected to buy. Because of variations in manufacturing and retrofitting, our search criteria does not guarantee that the product you purchase will be the correct product for your particular vehicle.

 

WILL I INCUR SHIPPING CHARGES ON ORDERS PLACED?

You will be charged shipping on all items unless you meet the amount required for "FREE SHIPPING". Expedited Shipping WILL ALWAYS be an additional charge.

 

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Go to the search box and enter the OEM number or cross-reference number. You can also go to the Shop section on the left side of the Home page--click on it and then select the item category.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

When an order is placed, we contact your bank for authorization to charge your credit card the amount you have agreed to in our shopping cart. If your bank confirms that your card has credit available your order will be processed for shipment . Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed with the manufacturer.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders placed on in-stock items will be processed within 2-3 days if your bank has approved your credit. Orders received after 3PM ET will be processed the next business day.

Every effort will be made to meet the wishes of our customers if the item is available and the manufacturer provides expedited services. NOTE: Customers will be responsible for all charges related to EXPEDITED deliveries.
