Shipping Information

Rates are based on orders shipped via Ground within the contiguous U.S. a carrier will be selected by NicksTruckParts.com.  Nick's Truck Parts (NTP) reserves the right to refuse shipment to addresses that can not be verified.

 

FREE SHIPPING QUALIFICATIONS

All orders totaling $2,500.00 in product sales will ship FREE.  Carrier will be selected by Nick's Truck Parts. If customer requests expedited shipping, customer will pay any additional shipping costs. FREE SHIPPING IS NOT OFFERED TO CANADA, HAWAII, ALASKA OR THE VIRGIN ISLANDS

 

OTHER CHARGES

  • Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped to PA address unless tax-exempt number is provided.
  • Customer is responsible for all freight costs if Customer opts to selects its own carrier for shipping.
  • Next-Day Air Freight delivery can be requested at an additional charge.
  • Additional freight may apply to non-stocking items that are shipped directly from vendors.
  • Customer is required to have a loading dock/forklift at delivery site for all orders requiring common Freight carrier. If Customer does not have a forklift or loading capabilities, Customer must request lift-gate services at an additional cost.
  • Lift-gate services can be arranged for at an additional charge.  Customer must contact Nick's Truck Parts prior to placing an order at customerservice@nickstruckparts.com if lift-gate services are needed.
  • If lift-gate services are required at the time of delivery and customer has not notified Nick's Truck Parts prior to placing the order, Customer will be Invoiced for the additional charge. Charges vary with each Freight Carrier. Nick's Truck Parts will provide documentation of the charge.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed on in-stock items will generally ship within 48 hours. "NTP" drop ships orders directly from the manufacturer. Every effort will be made to accommodate EXPEDITED orders. Please note that if you have a change of billing or shipping address, there may be a slight delay in processing your order, which may impact shipping time. Please note that shipments are sent directly from the manufacturer and are subject to shipping times available from their docks. Please note: freight deliveries are not sent to private homes. Freight deliveries are intended for commercial addresses only. Customer is required to be present when freight deliveries are made. Customer is required to have a loading dock/forklift and operator present at time of delivery. Truck freight companies DO NOT require their drivers to unload shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to move the shipment after it has been lowered to the ground. "NTP" is not libel for any order that does not meet the above stated requirements. If there are any additional charges related to the delivery of an order due to the customers lack of meeting said requirements, customer will be charged any additional amounts to fulfill the order.

Nick's Truck Parts offers UPS Ground shipping (which is 5-7 Business Days - delivery based on distance to destination).

MINIMUM ORDERS AND FREIGHT CHARGES

"NTP" pays freight on orders shipped within the contiguous United States that meet a qualifying minimum dollar amount of $ 2,500.00. Any questions regarding this amount should be directed to "NTP" by using the Contact Us Link. Customers pay shipping charges on emergency air orders and/or when the carrier is specified by the Customer. Orders for products in stock will generally ship the same or next business day, unless otherwise scheduled for a specific delivery cycle. Drop shipments are sent direct from the manufacturer and are subject to the shipping times available from their docks.

 

PAYMENT TERMS, ORDERS AND QUOTES

Terms of payment shall be determined at "NTP"' discretion. All terms must be agreed to by "NTP" prior to acceptance of Customer's order. Payment shall be made by credit card, procurement card, check or some other pre-arranged method of payment acceptable to "NTP". Where payment is made by credit and/or procurement card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the card and "NTP" shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. Orders are not binding on "NTP" unless accepted by "NTP". Any quotation provided by "NTP" will be valid for the duration stated in the quotation. If no duration is stated, such quotation will be valid for 48 hours. "NTP" may correct errors or omissions in published or quoted prices or change its published list prices at any time without notice.

 

PRICES, SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES AND TAXES

On orders less than $2,500.00 prices do not include charges for LTL shipping and handling or taxes. Orders requiring LTL (less than truckload) delivery will not indicate the charge for this service on the customer invoice. "NTP" will contact customer with the amount to be added to the invoice before the order is processed. In all other cases, separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice. Customer is responsible for all sales and other taxes associated with the order, however designated.

Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes when shipping to Canada

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products may not be available for immediate delivery. "NTP" reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products. If there is any revision or cessation of the product ordered by Customer, "NTP" may ship products, which have functionality similar to the products ordered, but there may be differences in the specifications or brand between what was shipped and what was ordered. "NTP" may revise or discontinue any of the products offered for sale at any time.
